EVERYTHING HAS CHANGED BUT EVERYTHING IS STILL THERE
For the autumn menu 2020, we really got to think. In our concept, which we have successfully pursued for a long time, we have won our guests with Rodizio. That our passadores walk around and serve the tables with swords with various grilled details. We wanted to keep that feeling but at the same time be able to run a more sustainable restaurant, so we kept the swords, but, changed the experience into more choices for you. If you are only feel for one type of meat then it is ok, if you are eager to try many different details, then it is ok too. The sides that were previously had on a buffet are now coming to the tables. In this way, we give you as a guest a choice to shape your experience with us and at the same time we can pursue a concept with a significantly better sustainability.
